Question 24/2: ICT and Climate Change – Final Report of the ITU-D Study Group

In support of the knowledge sharing and capacity building agenda of the Telecommunication Development Bureau, ITU-D Study Groups support countries in achieving their development goals. Study Group 2 was entrusted by WTDC-10 with the study of nine Questions in the areas of information and communication infrastructure and technology development, emergency telecommunications and climate-change adaptation.
