Climate Science, Information, and Services in Africa: Status, Gaps and Policy Implications

This technical document stresses that climate information is a critical input for effective climate risk management. Therefore it assesses the current state of climate science, data and information in Africa and its use in development activities. It identifies key gaps and recommends actions needed to be taken for bridging the gaps.
