This analytical document proposes incentives and strategic framework for the economy of adaptation to climate change in Vietnam. After reviewing trends in agriculture, aquaculture and forestry, different scenarios are analyzed in the context of climate change mitigation, taking account of several co-benefits as well as barriers and risks.
