This technical document assesses climate risks in crop production in two different agroecological zones of Uganda and identifies climate risk management options. The report presents an evidence base for understanding how climatic risks are likely to unfold. It aims to help governments, development agencies and the communities themselves to identify underlying risks, including inappropriately designed policies and plans and crucial capacity gaps.
