This technical document intends to assist trainers and to raise the awareness of hotel decision-makers and staff about the opportunities for implementation and use of EE and RE technologies and practices. It introduces the HES-Project to deliver information, technical support and training to help small and medium-sized hotels across EU Member States to increase their use of energy efficiency and renewable energy technologies.
