This guidance document captures lessons learned in the framework of the Global Mountain Ecosystem-Based Adaptation (EbA) Programme. The objective of the programme was to strengthen the capacities of these countries to build ecosystem resilience by promoting EbA options and to reduce the vulnerability of communities, with particular emphasis on mountain ecosystems.
