This case study builds on an advanced suite of climate change policies, strategies and plans, as Uruguay is implementing innovative dialogues to develop an Agriculture National Adaptation Plan (NAP) through a participatory process. This case study summarises how the sectoral NAP will develop capacities of producers and institutions to implement appropriate and well-monitored adaptation measures.
