This guidance document presents different meteorological systems linked to radio technologies, such radar and satellite service. It explains how data used by each system has a crucial role in detecting, warning and forecasting climate related disasters and thus in increasing policy-making. It also presents the potential risk of limiting meteorological applications in the future.
