The case studies presented in this research brief provide some examples of how Caribbean countries under the Climate Investment Fund’s (CIF) Pilot Program for Climate Resilience (PPCR) are working towards achieving enhanced water resilience through decentralized solutions. These include rainwater harvesting, community storage tanks, and small-scale desalination. In addition, the case studies point towards the factors that affect the adoption of such solutions.
This brief is part of the PPCR Knowledge for Resilience Series. The Series aims to share the lessons learned by countries implementing projects under the CIF’s PPCR.
