Synthesis Report on the Implementation of the Framework for Capacity-Building in Developing Countries: Note by the Secretariat

This activity report synthesizes activities undertaken in support of capacity-building framework in developing countries.  The report also provides an overview of the information submitted by parties on capacity-building, as reported through national communications (NCs), biennial update reports (BURs), biennial reports and various other annual submissions.
