This guidance document provides methodological and organizational guidance to countries interested in taking a systematic approach to education and training for an inclusive green economy. This document draws on the experience of three Partnership for Action on Green Economy (PAGE) partner countries; Ghana, Mongolia and South Africa that have conducted learning assessments and developed action plans or strategies.
