This guidance document presents the implications of climate change on labour markets in terms of effects on employment and incomes. It then provides an illustration of practical intervention models and tools for climate adaption and mitigation which advance social protection floor, reduce the carbon footprint of enterprises and create decent work as part of a just transition for all.
