Mr. Bright Msaka launched a new Climate Change Sourcebook for Secondary School Teachers in the presence of the UN Resident Coordinator Ms. Mia Seppo. This sourcebook, which intends to support teachers in imparting climate change messages, has been developed by the Malawi Institute of Education, with support from UN CC:Learn and UNDP.

The National Climate Week was held in Lilongwe on 12-16 October 2015, gathering a wide range of stakeholders and promoting a number of awareness raising activities at district level. The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology also had an exhibition booth where education materials developed with support from UN CC:Learn and UNDP were showcased.
