This guidance document focuses on a number of areas that are at the heart of rural economies and could be engines for a sustainable economic transformation and green jobs creation. Greening the rural economy is central to increasing decent employment opportunities, enhancing resource and labour productivity, and fostering poverty eradication and social inclusion.
