François Dumora
Currently working at the ILO (International Labour Organization) in Geneva, as an Employment Services Specialist, I support PES worldwide in their modernization projects. My work is based on 29 years of experience within Pôle Emploi, including 27 years of team management, in Operations, Strategy, External Relations, International, Risk Management and Human Resources.

Hae Kyeung Chun
She is a Technical Officer at the Skills and Employability Branch, Employment Policy Department of the International Labour Organization (ILO) in Geneva, Switzerland. Her work area focuses on skills needs anticipation for the future of work, skills for trade and economic diversification, skills for environmental sustainability and climate action, and skills for technological change and digitalization. At the ILO, she  has also coordinated and edited several publications on skills development and training. Before joining the ILO, she worked at the OECD Development Centre and the Korean Delegation to the OECD in Paris. She also has work experience at the Embassy of Rwanda in Seoul, and worked as a research assistant at Seoul National University. She holds a Master’s Degree in International Commerce from Seoul National University.

The Class

The class will present and discuss about the new ILO guide and reflection on the role of career guidance in the move towards a more sustainable economy.
