  • Central American Commission approves Regional Action Plan for Climate Change Learning

    As countries are negotiating the rules for the implementation of the Paris Agreement, the eight Member States of the Central American Integration System agreed on a joint Regional Action Plan on Climate Change Education, Training and Awareness Raising. 

  • Over 3,200 Teachers in the Dominican Republic Trained through Climate Change Education Course

    The Dominican Republic is one of the first countries in the region that has invested substantial resources into climate change education. The recent series of trainings in 2017 was delivered throughout educational centers in different regions in coordination with the CNCCMDL, the Ministry of Education and INAFOCAM.
