Elena works on instructional design and innovative adult learning methodologies at the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR). In addition, Elena leads Just Innovate’s 2-month Collaborate for Social Impact Programme and delivers graduate workshops on Social Innovation Skills for the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva. In the past, she has supported innovation initiatives at ITC, UNAIDS and UN Environment.
