This e-learning course aims to help carbon market agents, development practitioners and urban specialists better understand the opportunities and challenges of Programmatic Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) and illustrates how it can be used as a tool for catalyzing low carbon development. The training is delivered in four modules which take about 8 hours. It uses interactive presentations and provides discussion forums.
