Course on IWRM as a Tool for Adaptation to Climate Change

This online course is designed for professionals actively involved in the water and climate sectors. It is offered in full distance learning mode. Participants complete the course in a period of 10 weeks with a workload of 80 hours. The course aims to support participants to understand the concept of Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM) in relation to Climate Change, understand the climate system and the hydrological cycle, be aware of the impact of climate change on society, understand how to deal with related risk and uncertainty, and understand adaptation in relation to water and climate change.
