Learn more about UN CC:Learn activities that took place at the UN Climate Change Conference in Warsaw, November 2013.
A first round of applications for the UN CC:Learn pilot projects was closed in April 2011. More than 25 governments expressed an interest in participating in the initiative as a pilot country.
Governments that did not participate in the first round of applications, but that are interested in exploring opportunities to become a pilot country, are welcome to contact the CC:Learn Secretariat (email@example.com).
Five pilot countries, Benin, the Dominican Republic, Indonesia, Malawi and Uganda, were selected by the CC:Learn Steering Group on 7-8 July 2011, with projects scheduled for implementation over 18 months in 2011-2013. In light of the significant interest already received, funding to support additional pilot projects is being sought from interested donors.
